1. Overview

This policy provides an overview on various product structures offered to various anchors, distributors and retailers in different sectors.

2. Description

Sectors

We aim to work in sectors which have a high frequency of working capital turnover meaning wherein receivables and inventories get rotated in approximately 30–90 days. These sectors must also have decent technology adoption as our entire product range is managed digitally via mobile applications, web panels, and API/SDK integrations.

We currently aim to service sectors such as Pharma and medical equipment, QSR chains, organised travel portals, dairy and FMCG products, white goods, and industrial products.

Anchors

We prefer to work with mid to large businesses having a strong distribution footprint through dealers, distributors, or franchise networks. We aim to collaborate with top-tier brands to enhance their distribution efficiency and margins.

We also work on invoice discounting models with corporates such as TATA, Reliance, Aditya Birla Group, Mahindra Group, Maruti Suzuki, ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, and HDFC Bank.

Products
  • Same Day Payment to Anchors: Enables real-time payments ensuring efficient stock availability and improved cash flow for anchors.
  • Supply Chain Finance: Allows merchants to avail supplier discounts by facilitating immediate payments through our platform.
  • Invoice Discounting: Provides working capital by financing verified invoices via escrow mechanisms.
  • Term Loan Solution: Supports expansion requirements of businesses associated with large corporates.

3. Criteria for Anchor / Corporate Selection

  • Minimum business track record of 1 year
  • Annual turnover of at least ₹20–30 Crores
  • Preference for companies backed by reputed venture capital firms

4. Criteria for Distributor / Retailer Selection

We initially onboard the top 10%–20% of the distribution chain of each anchor. After establishing a successful repayment track record of 6–9 months, we gradually expand onboarding to additional participants.

5. Disbursement and Collection

Disbursement

Our system validates each invoice against approved limits before initiating payment. Supplier onboarding and invoice uploads are verified by a credit officer prior to authorization.

Collection

Repayments are collected through the borrower’s designated bank account as per agreed terms. Collection mechanisms include daily recurring repayments for retailers and periodic repayments for other borrower categories.
